Had a dead battery in my car. I’ve been a AAA member for many years. Called AAA first. AAA won’t let you talk to a live person anymore. They use text messaging.. waited for the tow truck to respond with an ETA. After 45 or so minutes of waiting for that, I attempted to call AAA. Couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Decided to call Euless B&B. In 15 minutes a tow truck arrived. 30 minutes later my car was at the shop. I definitely recommend Euless B&B. As for AAA forget them. Their service is not what it once was

Very grateful for this company. One of the only towing services that answered my call for help at 4am. The dispatcher was very kind and made me feel less anxious while I waited on the side of the highway for the towing truck. I broke down in a dangerous spot, but the operator arrived quickly and worked fast to get me out of there safely. Thanks again, B&B!

Can’t speak in regards to their office staff or experiences with their lots, but i was abandoned in the rain without notice by the truck my insurance had set up. Police stopped and called these guys out to help me. They showed up, they got me home. I’m thankful for that, and i’ll remember it if i need help around here again.
